About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Facilities Management Department at the UK Health Security Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and assisting with refurbishment and upgrade projects across various UKHSA sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Defining project scope and agreeing budgets with stakeholders
  • Planning project activities and coordinating resources to ensure timely delivery
  • Managing contractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality results
  • Setting and agreeing budgets and managing reactive works
  • Executing projects to an excellent standard and working with stakeholders to facilitate soft landings

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Graduate degree level/NVQ4 or equivalent experience in facilities management
  • Finance and budgeting skills to estimate costs and control forecasts
  • Experience of capturing stakeholder needs and assessing requirements
  • Experience of identifying and monitoring risks and issues
  • Ability to plan, develop, and maintain quality management processes
