We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our busy live events production company. The ideal candidate will have a background in audio visual production and experience in resourcing projects both internally and with freelance crew.
The role will involve coordinating internal departments, booking crew and travel logistics, and ensuring the smooth running of projects. The successful candidate will be able to think on their feet and stay calm in pressurised / time critical situations.
About the Role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Coordinating internal departments and ensuring the smooth running of projects
- Booking crew and travel logistics
- Ensuring that each project is correctly resourced and set up for success
- Looking at improvements and operational processes
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- A background in audio visual production
- Experience in resourcing projects both internally and with freelance crew
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to think on their feet and stay calm in pressurised / time critical situations
