Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our client's team in Thatcham. As a key member of the HR team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, recruitment, and payroll. You will also assist with the development of HR policy and procedures.

The Job Description:

  1. Provide HR support and guidance to over 400 staff.
  2. Manage employee relations including disputes, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.
  3. Lead on recruitment and selection strategies.
  4. Line management of the HR Coordinator.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent by experience.
  • 5+ years HR generalist experience.
  • Experience of managing one or two direct reports.
  • Excellent ER knowledge and experience.

Benefits and Estimated Salary:

25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown, 9% employer pension scheme, Income protection, Life assurance, Delicious daily meals on site, Variety of social occasions throughout the year, and Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
