We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a qualified and experienced Specialist School Leader to join our team.

As a Specialist School Leader, you will be responsible for leading our specialist school for students with autism and learning difficulties. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes, as well as provide clear leadership and guidance to staff.

Our school is committed to creating an inclusive environment that supports the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of our students. We offer a range of facilities, including a dance studio and specialized labs, as well as a sports hall and outdoor all-weather pitch.

The successful candidate will have experience in special education and a strong understanding of the needs of students with autism. They will be able to provide clear leadership and guidance to staff, as well as develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes.

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum
