We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structures Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance operations by overseeing a team of skilled technicians and coordinating repair activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of technicians, effectively allocating tasks and prioritizing work to meet operational demands.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of structural repairs, ensuring adherence to company procedures and industry best practices.
  • Proactively manage the ordering and procurement of necessary spares, maintaining optimal inventory levels to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all maintenance activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a safe and productive work environment by enforcing company policies and promoting best practices for workplace safety.
  • Develop and mentor team members, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and expertise.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in structural repair within an aviation maintenance environment is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft structures and repair procedures, with the ability to interpret technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear and concise communication with team members, management, and stakeholders.
