Composite Workshop Shift Supervisor

Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd (PAML) is a leading provider of aircraft maintenance and engineering services in Scotland, serving Ryanair's fleet of Boeing 737-800 series aircraft. We are seeking a skilled Composite Workshop Shift Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will oversee the supervision and organization of manpower and planning, ensuring the efficient allocation and prioritization of tasks and management of technical jobs. They will also be responsible for ordering and progressing spares, ensuring documentation is completed correctly, and enforcing company regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and organize manpower and planning
  • Organize and evaluate repairs
  • Allocate and prioritize tasks and manage technical jobs
  • Order and progress spares
  • Ensure documentation is completed correctly
  • Enforce company regulations and policies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of supervising/managing manpower preferred
  • MRO composite repair experience
  • Must have or be willing to work towards gaining company CRS approval
  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential
  • Willing to work shifts (including nights)
  • Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment
