Composite Workshop Shift Supervisor

Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd (PAML) is a leading provider of aircraft maintenance and engineering services in Scotland, serving Ryanair's fleet of Boeing 737-800 series aircraft. We are seeking a skilled Composite Workshop Shift Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will oversee a team of highly skilled staff, ensuring the safe maintenance of over 450 aircraft for one of the world's largest airlines. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and organizing manpower and planning
- Organizing and evaluating repairs
- Allocating and prioritizing tasks and managing technical jobs
- Ordering and progressing spares
- Ensuring documentation is completed correctly in accordance with maintenance and company procedures
- Enforcing company regulations and policies
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
- Developing skills of all staff, including apprentices and trainee mechanics
- Assisting with and carrying out composite repairs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in supervising or managing manpower is preferred
- MRO composite repair experience is essential
- Must have or be willing to work towards gaining company CRS approval
- Excellent spoken and written English is required
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights
- Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment
- Unrestricted right to work in the UK
