Lead a Team to Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
Vintage Inns, a collection of charming rural pubs, is seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and have an exceptional experience in our pubs.
The successful candidate will have a passion for great service and training, with the ability to lead a team to deliver consistently high standards. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the site, acting as a host, serving guests, and confidently leading your team.
In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, while providing a warm welcome to everyone who visits. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
