We are seeking an experienced Housing Support Worker to join our team in Brentwood. As a Housing Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to socially excluded young people and managing tenancy cases with minimal supervision.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. The successful candidate will have experience of working with vulnerable individuals and knowledge of current and future benefits arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide housing support services to socially excluded young people
  • Manage tenancy cases with minimal supervision
  • Conduct professional assessments and develop support plans
Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
