Technology Partnerships Manager

Avature is looking for a highly motivated Technology Partnerships Manager to join our Carlyle Europe Technology Partners team in London.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, minimum 12 months of work experience in investment banking, consulting or private equity, and native fluency in English.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in overseeing portfolio company performance;
- SUPPORTING THE DEAL TEAM AND PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT ON VALUE CREATION INITIATIVES;
- Contributing to due diligence activities across all relevant areas (financial, commercial, technology, legal, tax, etc.).
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
