Job Description

Pilgrims Europe is seeking an experienced Assistant Brand Manager to join its Marketing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of marketing campaigns, developing and executing business cases, and leading the brand's administrative processes.

About the Role:

  • To drive the growth and development of the Fridge Raiders brand.
  • To develop and execute marketing initiatives, including NPD launches, new pack designs, and BTL activations.
  • To contribute to the growth and development of Pilgrims Europe's business.

Requirements:

Marketing Experience:

  • A degree-level qualification in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in a FMCG organization.

Skills and Knowledge:

Project Management:

  • Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to develop contingency plans and align stakeholders.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
