Job Title: Highway Asset Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join Pave Recruit as a Highway Asset Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the management, maintenance, and improvement of the A13 road network in London.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of road infrastructure, maintenance procedures, and relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing work programmes to ensure the road network remains safe and functional
  • Leading site operations and managing depot activities
  • Overseeing planned maintenance budgets and prioritizing road downtime

Requirements:

  • Clean UK driver's license
  • SSSTS or SMSTS holder
  • Strong understanding of NEC contracts
  • Excellent technical knowledge of road infrastructure and maintenance procedures

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum + night time rate applicable
