About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation and at least 2-5 years people management experience, seeking a fresh challenge. They will be responsible for leading and supporting the People Team, providing support to the wider office community, and managing internal HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and maintain a successful on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Manage internal HR systems, including payroll and employee life cycle
  • Support Line Managers on structural issues and matters
  • Develop and implement engagement and retention strategies
  • Manage the wider People team and support the HR function

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years People Management experience
  • CIPD level 3 or 5 would be advantageous but not essential
  • Strong and engaging communication skills
  • People management experience and a driver for change
  • Strong MS Office skills and exposure to HR systems
