About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce & Online Trading Manager to join our team at Boots. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day trading of our beauty categories, including building and executing the trade plan to achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the overall ecommerce strategy for your categories to ensure revenue growth through increased customer acquisition, conversion, and growing range/inventory.
  • Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, driving the ecommerce agenda for your categories across the business, influencing range decisions, and representing your categories.
  • Ensure legal and safe trade of your categories online and delivery of KPIs.
  • Work closely with the ecommerce team to develop and execute trade plans, leveraging data and insights to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Experience working in ecommerce or with strong retail trading experience.
  • Understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
