About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Support Officer to join our team at Alcumus. As a key member of our Audit Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop assessments and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Audit Services team in the completion of desktop assessments of registered customers' accreditation documentation
  • Provide technical support via phone and email to customers, ensuring a first-class customer experience
  • Work across our SafeContractor product, which provides UKAS accredited, contractor accreditation services to the contractor market
  • Collate and verify customer information to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Provide feedback to customers and identify areas for improvement
  • Support customers in achieving accreditation by providing guidance and advice on health and safety best practices
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in a similar role or industry would be advantageous
  • Ability to work as part of a close-knit team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
