We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Support Officer to join our team at Alcumus. As a key member of our Audit Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Audit Services team in the completion of desktop assessments of registered customers' accreditation documentation.
- Provide technical support via phone and email to customers, ensuring a first-class customer experience.
- Work across our SafeContractor product, providing UKAS accredited, contractor accreditation services to the contractor market.
- Collate and verify customer information to ensure compliance with our standards.
- Provide health and safety advice and guidance to customers, with full training provided.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
