About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Support Officer to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our Operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for verifying customer information, identifying discrepancies, and providing feedback to customers to ensure they meet the necessary requirements.

In addition to your customer-facing role, you will work closely with our Audit Services team to complete desktop assessments of customer accreditation documentation and provide technical support via phone and email to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Verify customer information and identify discrepancies to ensure compliance with our standards
  • Provide feedback to customers to ensure they meet the necessary requirements
  • Work closely with the Audit Services team to complete desktop assessments of customer accreditation documentation
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be confident in handling customer enquiries via telephone and email and have a good standard of written English.
