Our Occupational Therapy service has undergone significant transformation to move away from traditional models of service delivery, assessment, and intervention, to embracing a culture of innovation and positive risk-taking. We aim to prevent, reduce, or delay the need for care, supporting adults to enhance their independence and overall well-being.
Requirements- Qualifications: Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, and a full driving license with access to a vehicle
- Experience: Commitment to continuous professional development, ability to demonstrate a commitment to individual and reflective supervision, enhanced DBS check, and ability to work flexibly where needed to facilitate seven-day working
- Knowledge and skills: Understanding of Social Work England's/HCP's professional standards and a commitment to upholding them in practice, demonstrable experience in relationship and strengths-based practice, working collaboratively with adults and their families, and knowledge and experience of working with vulnerable adults in a statutory setting
