About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Maintenance Specialist to join our team at 3dpersonnels. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our site, including emptying bins, removing rubbish and recyclables, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and equipment, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all areas of the site are clean and tidy, including cabins, offices, reception areas, toilets, and communal spaces.
  • Empty bins, remove rubbish and recyclables, and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, and equipment to high standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms and kitchen areas, including restocking supplies as needed.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Keep site toilets and washing facilities clean and well-maintained.
  • Maintain the drying room's cleanliness and organization.
