About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team at Hallandhouse. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents, promoting their dignity and well-being
- Assist residents with daily activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, and leisure pursuits
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that fosters independence and social inclusion
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care plans
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but a passion for enhancing the lives of others is essential
- A positive, empathetic, and friendly attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care and support
Working Hours:
- A two-week rolling rota, providing a balance of weekdays and weekends
- 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime
