About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and caring Medication Trained Support Worker to join our team in the Lewes area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Administer medications as prescribed
- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- 6 months of UK caregiving experience from within the past 3 years
- The right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in medication administration for this role
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Earn up to £15.60 per hour (inc holiday pay)
