About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being. Your role will involve developing positive relationships, setting boundaries, and encouraging personal growth.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, including collaborating with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders. Your input and ideas will be valued and respected as we strive to provide the best possible outcomes for our residents.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children and youth, preferably in a residential setting
