About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Childrens Nurse Practitioner. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing children and young people in the community and hospitals to determine eligibility for NHS Childrens Continuing Care.
You will work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that each child receives the best possible care. You will also be responsible for coordinating the assessment process, establishing eligibility, and identifying suitable care packages or respite settings.

The salary for this position is estimated at £40,257 - £47,328 per annum, depending on experience.
