About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and child-centred individual to work directly with children and young people. As a key member of our team, you will provide support and care to help them achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build warm, positive, and strong relationships with children
  • Support children's goals and development as a positive role model
  • Work a shift pattern, including weekends and sleep-in duties
