Your Essential Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centered care and support services, addressing the unique needs and preferences of clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Respond effectively to challenging situations, prioritising client safety and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development of client advocacy programs, promoting their rights and interests.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant care experience or experience supporting a loved one in the UK.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their complex needs and circumstances.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Prior experience working with clients who have mental health challenges (desired, but not essential as comprehensive training is provided).
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle.

Annual Salary: £16,006 - £24,457
