About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aerospace Sales Manager to join our team at Burton Bolton & Rose Recruitment Services Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our clients in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage and maintain our sales platform and CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and promotional materials to raise our company profile and increase brand awareness.
  • Evaluate customer awareness of our brands and assess their needs to build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the aerospace industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate customer needs and develop effective solutions.
