About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Assistant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express London - Epsom Downs. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and efficient service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Assist with breakfast preparation, bar service, and setting up and clearing of meeting rooms.
  • Develop a strong understanding of hotel operations, including guest services, food and beverage, and housekeeping.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Computer literacy and a professional telephone voice.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
