Are you a seasoned healthcare professional seeking a leadership role at Adferiad Recovery? We invite applications for our Residential Services Lead Nurse position, offering a unique opportunity to lead a team of dedicated Nurses and Recovery Workers.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced clinician to provide strategic clinical leadership and operational oversight within our Residential Services Directorate. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of clinical guidelines and procedures, ensuring high-quality care and services for our residents.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to a team of Nurses and Recovery Workers
- Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
What You'll Need:
- A strong background in nursing and leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
