Job Description: As Executive Director of Community Development, you will play a vital role in driving our community development initiatives forward. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development and delivery of community outreach programs that address social issues and promote inclusion.
• Working closely with local authorities, community organizations, and corporate sponsors to secure funding and resources for our programs.
• Overseeing the budget and financial planning for our community development initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, local government officials, and business partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed as our Executive Director of Community Development, you will need:

• A degree in a relevant field, such as social work, community development, or business administration.
• Proven experience in community development, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong networking and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
