Cryptio, an enterprise-grade crypto back-office platform, seeks a highly skilled Head of Growth and Demand Generation to join our team. Based in/near London, this individual will lead our demand generation efforts, drive pipeline targets, and establish us as a market leader in Enterprise Back-Office Solutions.

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the entire demand generation process for Cryptio's growing Enterprise business, focusing on building a robust sales pipeline
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals, including a Growth Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Senior Designer, and Growth Associate

Content and Product Marketing:

  • Oversee product marketing efforts, ensuring product positioning, messaging, and market fit align with business objectives
  • Drive content marketing strategies elevating Cryptio's brand presence, educating prospects and customers about our product offerings and industry thought leadership

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, optimizing strategies based on performance data
  • Leverage data to continually refine campaigns and measure success against marketing objectives

Requirements:

  • Experienced B2B marketing pro, with 5 years+ of proven track record in a leadership role
  • Experience managing a talented marketing team (3-10 people) with Growth, Content, and Product marketing functions
  • Creative energy with an entrepreneurial mindset
