Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified dietitian to join our team at Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Children's Community Dietitian, you will work with children from 0-19 years and their families/carers, providing specialist care and support to those with complex nutritional needs.

Main Duties

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient-centered programs of care to a specialist level. You will work with children who are enterally fed, have feeding difficulties, and require ongoing support for their nutritional needs.

You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including paediatricians, social services, and education teams, to provide comprehensive care and support to children and their families.

Person Specification
