Job Title: Insurance Administrator

Job Summary: This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities within the insurance industry. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our clients and assist in managing client accounts.

  • Monitor team tasks and assign responsibilities to the appropriate team members
  • Process policy documents, bordereaux, and premium finance
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical files in compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Issue premium invoices and oversee payment tracking
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication
  • Assist in office management for smooth operations
  • Provide administrative support to our clients and contribute to special projects

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience in the insurance industry
  • Familiarity with Acturis is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Key Details:

  • Full-time permanent position
  • Salary range between £25,000 and £30,000, plus benefits
