This position is fully office-based and offers both full-time and part-time options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, professional secretarial support across various matters related to estates, private property, taxation, and planning.
- Manage expense claims, payment requisition forms, and returned advances efficiently.
- Handle all necessary documentation, including new client forms, new matter forms, money laundering forms, and training course booking forms.
- Prepare narratives and invoices while ensuring billing files are consistently updated.
Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in IT applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
