Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive Opportunity

QED Legal is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their team in Sevenoaks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private client law, with experience in wills, trusts, probate, lasting powers of attorney, and court of protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of private client work, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and probate applications.
  • Provide expert advice on inheritance tax planning, administration of estates, and lasting powers of attorney.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in private client law and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in private client law.
  • Strong technical knowledge of private client law, including wills, trusts, probate, and lasting powers of attorney.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
