Recruitment and Onboarding Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive HR administration, including drafting letters, contracts, filing, and providing references.
  • Advertise and track vacancies, liaising with hiring and recruitment managers on shortlisting and interviewing potential new hires.
  • Verify new starter information, including Right to Work checks, references, and DBSs if required.
  • Liaise and support prospective candidates and new starters within the organisation by managing incoming calls to the Recruitment team and monitoring the Recruitment inbox.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Ideal experience drafting job adverts from a Job Specification.
  • Basic knowledge of employment law and employee relations processes.
  • Experience using a CRM system.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).
