About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Recruitment Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will take the lead on end-to-end recruitment coordination for partner level hires globally, working closely with the wider HR team.

  1. Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from senior candidates.
  2. Oversee the onboarding process for partners, both locally and internationally.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and key external agencies.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for senior candidates.
  5. Ensure that all systems are up to date and accurate.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis.
  7. Process invoices and manage financial transactions.
  8. Compile data to analyze diversity, equality, and inclusion metrics.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a professional services environment, with exposure to partners. Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience is highly desirable, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
