Trading Onboarding Coordinator Role

At Millennium Management, we are seeking a skilled Trading Onboarding Coordinator to support our Front Office hiring in Europe. This role requires close collaboration with Business Development and Trading Management to deliver an exceptional pre-hire onboarding experience for our Trading hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Legal to create complex offer letters for Trading hires, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for onboarding inquiries, working closely with HR Business Partner, HR Operations, Benefits, and Compensation teams to provide timely support.
  • Initiate background checks and visa transfers as needed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless candidate onboarding.
  • Track candidates through the pre-hire process, producing regular status reports for key stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Facilitate consultant approvals and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to prepare comprehensive first-day onboarding, including all necessary documentation and logistics.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and requests to support process improvements and optimize onboarding efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a strong academic record.
  • 1-2 years of professional HR work experience, preferably within financial services.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong prioritization and adaptability skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
