Job Title: Onboarding Specialist

AutogenAI is seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for new customers, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience as they implement our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the onboarding journey for new customers, driving user engagement and adoption.
  • Deliver effective training and support to customers, ensuring they reach key milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Proactively identify and qualify leads, contributing to our growth and success.
  • Develop a deep understanding of potential clients and industries, building relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional onboarding experiences and managing multiple customer projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering training and presentations.
  • Ability to work effectively with sales, customer success, and product teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years' experience in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in an onboarding, implementation, or customer success role.
  • Previous experience leading onboarding projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Familiarity with AI software and applications.
  • Understanding of the bid-writing space, including industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
