Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Counterparty Onboarding Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new onboarding processes, challenging existing flows, and mitigating risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement efficient onboarding processes to ensure scalability and a sound operating model.
  • Collaborate with operations and the wider business to identify opportunities for standardization and streamlining of heritage processes.
  • Document and present current operational flows, partnering with stakeholders to map out future operational processes.
  • Develop and implement project plans to drive transformation within Counterparty Onboarding.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify creative and innovative solutions to complex issues.
