Strategic Portfolio Development Director

As a key member of our Clinical Development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of our portfolio strategy. You will work closely with our Head of Portfolio Strategy and Operations, Clinical Development Functional Heads, and other cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and optimize our clinical development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostics, analysis, and study to identify areas for improvement and suggest recommendations for implementation.
  • Develop and prepare content for strategic initiatives on behalf of the Head of Clinical Development/Head Portfolio Strategy & Operations.

Requirements:

  • Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of drug development strategy and experience in international and multidisciplinary drug development teams.
  • Excellent planning and project management skills to drive strategic initiatives and optimize clinical development processes.
