About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Director to lead our strategic growth initiatives in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive account strategy, driving business growth, and ensuring flawless delivery of existing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic account plan to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Lead a leadership team to build and maintain a significant network of contacts at a leadership and decision-making level.
  • Identify and deliver significant program wins within the sector and client network.
  • Meet or exceed all financial growth objectives for the portfolio, consistent with the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Meet or exceed all programme performance measures and meet targeted growth on existing contracts.

About You:

  • A strong operational pedigree, with a solid understanding of the key financial levers and drivers.
  • Ability to develop a coherent account strategy, addressing both short-term requirements and longer-term opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, including the C-Suite.
  • Skilled at coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
