About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to pupils with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour plans.
  • Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils, promoting positive behaviours and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children with SEMH or ADHD.
  • A passion for supporting young people with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
