Temporary to Permanent Behaviour Support Assistant
We are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to provide support to pupils aged 11 to 16 with social, emotional and mental health difficulties at an independent special school in Northampton.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with school-aged children, particularly those with SEMH or ADHD, and a passion for their progress.
About the Role:- Work as part of a team to develop strategies for supporting pupils with SEMH
- Implement behaviour support plans to ensure pupil safety and well-being
- Provide one-to-one support to individual pupils
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and behaviour
A competitive daily rate of £90-100 per day is available, paid through the PAYE system, along with opportunities for CPD and pension contributions.
Social and networking events are also available to our staff.
