**Job Summary:** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Vision for Education - Northampton. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with SEMH needs and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored support services that meet the individual needs of each student. You will also participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*** Experience working with SEN pupils, particularly those with SEMH needs* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and colleagues* Passion for education and commitment to delivering high-quality support services* Relevant qualifications or experience as a Teaching Assistant

**Salary:** £90-100 per day
