Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Work or a related field and be registered with Social Care England. They will have previous experience in children and families social work, preferably in a therapeutic model of child care. The ability to write reports and maintain accurate records is essential, as is holding a full driving license and having unrestricted access to your own car.

Responsibilities include direct support of foster parents within a realistic caseload, providing regular supervision, and working in partnership with children, young people, and other professionals. A comprehensive working knowledge of relevant legislation and publications is required.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £36,000 per annum, 3,000 car allowance, and a range of benefits including company pension, life assurance, employee discount scheme, and medical cash plan.
