Nurse Seekers is excited to announce an opening for a highly qualified Child Development Specialist in a purpose-built Nursery near Marchwood, Southampton. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care and stimulating play experiences tailored to each child's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a positive Key Worker, fostering strong relationships with children and parents.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Conduct accurate assessments of children's development stages.
  • Create engaging learning opportunities and deliver high-quality care.
  • Maintain a high standard of physical, emotional, and social care for all children.
  • Design activities that cater to individual children's developmental stages.
  • Plan and execute effective teaching and learning strategies.
  • Prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of children.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN AND PARENTS.
