Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a caseload and carry out detailed legal assessments of applications for housing, making decisions on all aspects of housing or homelessness applications, including verification, eligibility, housing need, and support.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of housing services.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of housing policy and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
