About the Role

This is a home-based position, requiring proximity to Edinburgh for events and meetings, with occasional travel across the UK.

As Policy Influence Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering our advocacy engagement strategy and creating real change through campaigns and priority areas of focus within the Scottish Parliament.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing policy briefings to inform debate and influence decision-making
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and policymakers
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create impactful campaigns
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £39,000 - £43,000 per annum, dependent on experience
  • Permanent, full-time position (35 hour week)

    • Annual leave: 25 days per annum, increasing to 28 days with 3 years' service and to 30 days with 5 years' service
