At CHAI, we are seeking a highly skilled Policy and Advice Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality advice and representation to individuals and families on income maximisation, welfare benefits, debt, housing, and money.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide accurate and timely advice, information, and representation in line with the Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice Providers.
  2. Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to deliver effective services.
  3. Maintain accurate records and utilise the Advice Pro recording system to ensure seamless service delivery.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
