Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Chairing the Panel's Stakeholder Hub for Scotland, which requires an additional six days' time commitment per year.
  • Acting as an observer on Ofcom's National Advisory Committee for Scotland.
  • Representing consumer interests in communications policy development.
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to inform policy advice.


You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the development of communications policy in Scotland, working with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that consumer interests are represented. You will also receive comprehensive training and support to help you excel in your role.

As a Panel Member for Scotland, you can expect a salary of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a generous benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
